Hehe. Sorry to hear that, Jesper. That sucks. Now, I have never received a "chakra balancing massage," as chakras are nonphysical energy centers in our spirit bodies (lol!). How would you massage those?
But also consider this. You may have had a lot of negative energy pent up inside, perhaps years of it. Our emotions manifest in our tissues and organs. Maybe the massage released some things you never fully processed emotionally.
If you are male, that's especially likely, since men are taught implicitly in this culture not to connect to their emotional selves as women do. It's not uncommon for people to have emotional outbursts during and after a massage. Crying is especially common, particularly for women.
Past life expert Brian Weiss says that massages even stimulate muscles involved in traumatic past life incidents, like a stabbing, being burned at the stake, hung, or beheaded, etc. It's not uncommon, he says, to have a sudden flash of a past life when being massaged. Did you perceive any such images/sensations?
It's funny you use the word nightmare. In Western culture we want to avoid nightmares. Some other cultures know that nightmares are useful to awareness. It is your subconscious trying to get an important message across to you that your conscious mind is too distracted to pay attention to. Perhaps this nightmare was actually an awakening.
Try sitting in a jacuzzi or sauna to sweat it out of your muscles some more, until you feel balanced again. Get good sleep during this period so your battered muscles could repair themselves properly. Drink plenty of water as well. And most importantly, try journal writing and express your thoughts during this process. Something interesting may come of it. Good luck.

I find it helpful to sit in a warm epsom salt bath for 20 minutes (no longer) after a massage. It helps to release the toxins that were loosened up in your body. Drink LOTS of WATER

Many thanks for putting me at ease - yes looking back I think a "chakra massage" was asking for trouble alarm bells should have gone off as I have never been touched when having chakra work done. For whatever reason the anger was released and as a result it lead me to this wonderful website and reminded me of the things I used to practise many moons ago, I even tried a spell to rid the anger and it was amazing - the force of negative energy I was pushing away was very strong but I think it's slowly leaving bit more work to do!
Again thanks for all the advice will try all your suggestions just want to feel peaceful and calm and radiate this to others.

Jesper, porchkitty is a troll. She was probably just messing with you. This is the only normal-looking post she made that I have seen. I'm not going to delete it since you've already responded but I just wanted to let you know that she's a troll.
