My mediations

I have a question about my mediations. i'm not new to mediations, i have been mediating on and off for years. lately i have been mediating and i get this sucking feeling like vacuum above my chest. it feels like someone is holding an invisible vacuum in my heart chakra region. does anybody know what is going on? i appreciate it! thank you

Is there a rotation to the feeling? Does it feel like energy is being sucked our or in?

Feels like energy is being sucked out of me. but i invite the angels to protect me so i don't know how it could be anything bad.
