I'm filled of bad energy,most of the time,that happen to me is badluck..i can't concentrate,i need help...

Meditation might help you a little bit. I went through a phase where I was just filled with negative energy. I meditated a lot!

Just close your eyes & breathe in deep breathes and feel yourself connected to the earth & from the earth entering you, feel warm and happy energy entering you & light from about going into the top of your head and shining through you. Be determined to find happiness and peace in whatever it may be.
Definitely meditate and breathe long nice deep breathes a lot. That's very helpful. Someone on this board gave me this little spell meditation to do (Sorry I don't remember who, but thank you to them) It helped a lot for me!

Lay down on your back and visualize a hole in your lower back and all of the negative energy goes out through that hole, visualize a dark cloud just leaving that hole. When you feel your ready close the hole up and feel happiness enter you.

Also someone on this board gave me this chant to say (I'm thinking it was Ravencry) "I am Happy I am Free! No more negativity!"
