Here is a simple invocation to use to welcome friendly spirits and ancestors into your Samhain circle. Enjoy!
The veil is thin so come and play.
We bid you on this hallowed day.
Dance with us around the fire great
and bring with you a Samhain Cake

Love it!

I'm so excited for Samhain!
Okay so this is probably a ridiculous question, but how do you pronounce Samhain? I think I know, but... Just checking because I don't wanna be a dummy and say it wrong!

hehe

Not a dumb question at all. It is pronounced "Sow (like sour) wain". Many people mispronounce it but it is normal.

Can it be pronounced SAW-Ven?
My great grandmother pronounced it that way when I was younger.
I heard it depends on country of origin.

I personally pronounce it SAW- WHEN.
So the owner of the Green Man store, so I'm not alone in the mispronunciation.
