PREGNANT DREAMS PLZ HELP

I really need help with this , anyone who is good at interpreting dreams . I have been repeated dreams of two pregnant women .( iam gemini maybe thats why two). the first dream started with two pregnant women in different building holding incense , and waving it at eachother . these women i dont rely know or recognise . it felt like i was just watching . the dream i had today was two women again in beds that looked like hospital ones saying " my water just broke" then there was all this people staring at them. one of the woman i saw my self in her and the other i felt something . i dont know what is my unconscious trying to tell me . or i dont know if maybe goddess gaia is trying to tell me something she is always pictured a woman who is about to give birth . so i dont know i need help

Hmm, pregnancy on a more figurative level could also mean the birth of new ideas, new hopes, or a new way of life. The two women could actually be two separate women that are bearing the same idea or hope.
