Hi there Sheena, I read a book about rituals and approach to our moonblood about 20 years ago...it had lots of good ideas about re-gaining power through our blood. It's called "Sister Moon Lodge", by Kisma Stepanich (think I spelled that right) * just a little footnote* this author is has been accused of plagirism, and while it contains some great information, you must sort it out with grains of salt. Take what you need and leave the rest, I found a great deal of woman impowerment there. Don't know if it is still in print. Hope you can find it! BB, Firebird
