Loki left me like everyone else. I loved him, but he said I needed to wait for him. He said I was 'too young for what he had planned.' I don't know what that means. I don't know what to do.

I think that what he means is that your to young in age or that your not yet at the level of spirituality that he needs you to be at for him to start working with you, meaning that he has a plan for you and will still be watching over you just not working with you till you grow both physically in age and spiritually
also you should see this as a time to focus more on you and your studies
and maybe the fact that he left is to get you to see that not everyone leaves forever that you need to learn to belive in the fact that he will return to you
