What kind of offering do you leave for Apollo?

Just had a session with my pendulum. It was incredibly insightful.
I would like to place an offering to Apollo, if there is anyone out there who worships him, what kind of offerings do you leave him.

I was wondering that myself actually due to it being close to the summer solstice i was going to offer up an offering for Apollo but was confused as to what i should use

Im thinking it might be good to give im Oranges or Orange Juice because oranges are connected to the sun and hold its energy but im not sure
i might also offer up some honey but not sure
im hopeing to find some research on what Apollo loves as offerings

Bay leaves. They come from the cypress tree which is his sacred plant.

I just started working with Apollo and am working on an altar for him.

Some offerings:
Bay leaves - they were very important to him. They were burned by his oracle, and he wore a crown of bay leaves

Hyacinth flower - for his lover Hyacinth which he created the flower for from his blood

And of course anything that would represent the sun. I love the idea stated above of oranges. Im still building my relationship with and learning more about him. He originated the contact to me and I ignored his call for awhile because I didnt want to work in the Greek pantheon. I finally caved and started to listen to him. And realized he was exactly what I was looking for.

Music and poetry could also be an offering. Like, you could write a poem about the Solstice and the burn it as an offering? Or medicinal herbs?

I love that, maybe I could make a wreath out of Bay leaves and dress it up really nice with some flowers.

I like this idea too, so many things to try.

I'm actually a little surprised by Apollo. I'm nearly full blooded Irish, I thought for sure I would be drawn to more of the Celtic side. I guess not. lol

I have two Hindu deities I work with and was trying to more Celtic or Gaulish ones then Apollo and Selene both started contacting me at the same. Both are Greek. I finally just listened and am slowing building the relationship. I have done a ritual or two with Selene but nothing with Apollo yet. I do call upon him for healing work some time.

I love the idea of the poem or music to him because he was also known for that.
