Without wasting a lot of time I need to explain I was in Wicca about ten years ago. But after some bad things happened in my life and I foolishly blamed them on my Goddess Hekate. I made amends a few years later but I believe I was put on some sort of limbo where I felt very little spiritually as punishment.
Well, tonight (like, less than an hour ago) I called on Her again and I can not even describe the experience I had. She showed me some things and explained what I had been doing wrong. However, this was all a part of Her plan. What Her plan is exactly I still do not know, but I will do whatever She wants me to do. I think this is why I was lead here to this forum when I was asking about other spiritual experiences.
What should I do now? I think She will show me but I believe the answer is here somewhere. For example, I meditate at night but I need something to do for Her during the day. I have no tools (alters, candles, incense) and my parents that I live with are strong Christians and would not allow these things in their house. I would join a coven but I have no transportation and I need one that focuses on Hekate. I will not be involved in anything with any other Goddess or God.
I really hate to be difficult but these are the cards of life I have been dealt and there is nothing I can do about it.
What should I do? My life is Hers and I will not waste any more time from doing what I am supposed to do. Any advice would be great.

Hey, Hollow,
I moved your topic to "Gods and Goddesses" section so it gets the attention it needs from people who work with Hecate.

Re: Hekate
I'm not working with any deities myself but I just wanted to address one thing.
If you're dedicated and you want to follow the path She's prepared for you, please remember that what's outside doesn't really matter. Your parents, no coven, no altar etc. You are the conduit, your altar is inside you! No need for tools and other fancy things as long as your dedication is unshaken.
As for the tips, as I said I'm not an expert in this field but I know for sure that you should keep on meditating with the intention of contacting Her and you shall be guided.

Re: Hekate
"Nothing I can do about it" is not, in my experience, an attitude that Hekate readily accepts.I really hate to be difficult but these are the cards of life I have been dealt and there is nothing I can do about it.

For example, an altar doesn't have to be obvious. On my altar to Hekate is a small bowl with a few symbols relating to her in it, such as a few keys, and a little triskele pendant (to represent her triple associations), her wheel symbol, and a few other items. In ancient Greece there weren't really a lot of ritual tools used, so it's not like there are traditionally a lot of things that are necessary to worship her or preform rituals dedicated to her. I don't know what country you live in, but the statue of liberty shares a lot of Hekate symbolism, and a postcard or little statue of that doesn't really raise a lot of questions if you're in the US - don't even need a statue or anything though, just a suggestion. Take a look at the altar pictures section of the forum, there's a whole thread on hidden altars there.
As far as covens go, there are some online groups which deal solely with Hekate, which hits both your lack of transportation and your desire to focus only on her. One such group is http://hekatecovenant.com/ but their "initiation" ritual does involve candles and the like, although perhaps it's possible to modify it, or for you to preform it somewhere private. There are also Hellenic (Greek) reconstructionist groups out there, such as http://hellenion.org/ if you're inclined to head in that direction.
Now as far as what else you can do, how much study have you done? You might want to devote some of the day to just studying her history for now, because there is a lot of it, and it will help you to understand her better. You could also form a devotional ritual to be done during the day, do morning prayers, something like that, if you wanted a more 'active' daytime activity to go with your nighttime meditation. In Athens, Hekate had a monthly festival at the end of the lunar month (what we now consider the new moon, but some shift it back a day, others just use the modern calendar month), you might want to research a bit about that... there are some modern devotees who use that time to volunteer at soup kitchens or food banks. Hekate has strong links to dogs, so volunteering at an animal shelter is also something to consider. Volunteering is a way to show your devotion in an 'active' form that tends not to raise suspicion in others. Hekate also has lots of ties to plants, herbalism, etc, you could get to know what's growing locally around you to connect to her. There are lots of things you could do.
Re: Hekate
I agree with the others here there are many of our members who cannot be open on their beliefs and practices. Keep in mind that things such as tools, altars and the like are not needed. You can still work with Hekate without any of these things. Meditation is a wonderful form of communication with her and just going outside in nature you can feel at peace without having to need any tools as well as give back to her.
Re: Hekate
Thank you guys.
I also want to bring up a few things that happened. After returning to Her I went outside and meditated on the moon for a short while like I used to. I felt a connection again but the interesting thing was I saw a shooting star as I was about to go back inside. I thought that was interesting timing.
Also, during meditation inside I saw many images but could only really make out one for sure. It was a ruby (or red stone) necklace but it was being worn on a head. There were strings of the red stones hanging down off the loop around the head like an open veil. Does this mean anything? I could not see a face. It was too close. All I saw was the jewelry and forehead.

Re: Hekate
There's nothing specific that strongly jumps out at me... Two small thoughts though, one of Hekate's titles is "Bright-Coiffed" or "With Bright Headband." But I think that's not quite the same thing as what you're mentioning. On a more personal level, small red gems tend to remind me of Persephone (because of the pomegranate seeds she ate), who Hekate has some ties to, but the same meaning might not be there for you. (Pomegranates were also offerings to Hekate, for whatever that might be worth.)
I'd suggest continuing to study Hekate and meditating, and if the image was important you'll probably begin to work it out as you continue your practice.

Merry Met Hollow!
Lady Hecate is one of the deities I work with. I'm not an expert, just coming back to my Craft, but I'll do what I can. ^^;
The most prominent role of Lady Hecate is choice. She guides souls on the Crossroads, both literal and spiritual. If you cannot have things such as an alter or perform rituals, don't fret! Beyond meditation like many suggest, I personally try to speak with wisdom. I tend to draw people who are having a hard time with choices. So I do my best to think like the Lady and try to show them their options. That's an easy way to keep her in your thoughts during the day; see what wisdom you can glean what paths you see around you and such.
Blessed Be.

I think the Great Goddess will find a way to let you follow her path, safely. Don't fret too much. We have so much available to us now days then back then, when the Ancient Ones were doing their creative, Soap Opera like things in the universe. If she's meant for you, just watch and listen!

Re: Hekate
I follow her and she has helped More that I know. My life to me has changed with Wicca and Hecate, and others that has helped me. She came to me while meditation and showed me I was in pieces and she made me whole. I hope this help

I don't have a whole lot to offer on the Goddess Level, but I do resonate with you about having to hide my tools. Most of my family is Christian/Catholic and would view my beliefs as a sign of the devil. For this reason I have a pack-n-go altar, that I can disassemble really quickly . I also discovered recently in the Lewellyn 2015 magical almanac, the idea of doing origami tools. You could keep them out in the open in a little box or bowl and they would look like cute little origami things, not an altar.
