Hello to everyone here. <3 I am a house wife and mother of 8, yes Isaid 8 lol. I have 2 adult daughters and 6 lil ones at home. I have recently left Christianity and decided to find my own path. This process is not easy but I feel like I am where I was always meant to be. I am here because I want to learn grow, help in any way I can. I welcome any advice, teachings. iI really can use all the help I can get. glad to be here thankful I found this site. blessed be.

Go to User Control Panel and then there's a tab that says profile, click on that and then go to "edit avatar" and that's where you can add your profile picture!

Not a newbie to wicca or the tarot just this forum lol. Any advice just ask..

oh ok lol. thanks. i do have lot's of questions. but i will try to research as much as i can before i start annoying folks lol. if there is anyone on this site that also has a christian past i would really like to hear how you were able to completely break off of that and for lack of a better word "connect" in your path now. that seems to be my biggest "block" even though i have not been to church in years.

I was born and raised Catholic so as you can imagine it was weird to break off from something I knew all my life. I was always interested in Wicca and the faith and a friend of mine introduced me and taught me and that is how I realized that I was an empath and had gifts with dreams and tarot cards. I get premonitions in my dreams like my father did but he never embraced it..I did. Honestly I still do believe in the blessed mother and Jesus I just do not go to church because the church I do not believe in. The church is corrupt in my opinion. And that is what will bring the religion down. The wiccan faith is about peace the earth and helping others with our faith. Most religions are like this as we all know but I feel wiccans know more about themselves and are in tune with the earth more than any other faith.when you learn about yourself you can be more in tune with God the goddess and the things around you. This is just my opinion of course lol.

i absolutely agree with you about the church being corrupt. I've known that for a long time but was told "that's just the devil trying to corrupt what is good". i believe the same about wiccans being "in tune". now that i made a solid decision to stick to wicca i now realize just how deep the indoctrination in christianity goes. this is the hardest fight of my life no lie. even though i feel a freedom and a boldness i have never felt in all my life and that is saying a lot at 42 years of age. i long to be in a place where i am an experienced witch and in tune with the earth and universe able to help others and grow. it's good to know that there are others who understand.

Totally understand.. been practicing a long time. Kind of got a little lost when both my parents passed away but I know they are with me.i hear and see my mother enough lol. Back on track and I'm starting to feel back to my positive happy self,which I so needed for myself.

i'm so sry for your loss glad your back on track. i totally believe they are watching over you. my grandmother who i barely knew was a white witch and last week my mother calls me telling me she had a dream that she saw me packing and my grandmother was there leading me a different way. i took that as a sign and that our loved ones who have passed on are still with us. hope to talk to you some more sometime. blessed be
