Hey
So i was meditating today and I was doing my normal thing of counting my breaths in my head to clear my mind and relax me when I randomly started swaying backwards and forwards. Is this a common thing to happen?

Yup, pretty common. It happens because the muscles along the spine and abdomen are starting to relax, but you also want to continue sitting up straight, so there's a bit of a wobble. The only thing is that it can be distracting.

I do a meditation called the caduceus. Where you sway back and forth (right to left) and imagine you see your self on one side
and your shadow self at the opposite side of the sway.
As you sway back and forth imagine the self in perfect balance as you reach the centerpoint. Don't stop there just observe the momentary temporary connection as the shadow and the self merge.
It's good way to observe how we are constantly in flux. Operating from a sage centerpoint, our true self, or our shadow self.
Also it's a really good way to connect to the earth, the self, and the universe on a deeper level at the Equinox (which is a little over a month away!?) Wow, time flying. blue_flee
