What crystals to use for election night anxiety?!

Postby Ayram » Tue Nov 08, 2016 11:34 pm

And if my candidate loses, what crystals would be good for a political grief grid?

Thank you!

Uh, she lost. Would love advice on what crystals to use to make a grid for acceptance, letting go, courage, hope, and/or renewed strength...

I have many grid crystals and a couple of generator type towers, but I'm just not sure which of the smaller crystals would be most appropriate. Thank you.

Good idea, I imagine quartz would be great with some lepidolite.
Say, could you please swing by the intro section and let us know a little bit about yourself? Thanks

Obsidian is a good absorber for emotions.

Black tourmaline can be very useful. I also use rose quartz and amethyst a lot for anxiety and calming. Sometimes aquamarine too.

Today (and for the next few days, more than likely...), I have a black onyx that I keep in one pocket to absorb negative energy, and a citrine in the other to help promote positive, happy energy.

Thanks Firebird. Good - have those both! I've been meaning to introduce myself as I usually would when joining a forum - but I was so stressed out in that moment (ever since last night actually) that I just really hoped for some advice.

I'll go do that now, thanks!

Thank you greyviolet. The only one I don't have is Aquamarine (strange that I don't, as I know many people love it). :)

Smogie_Michelle - that sounds like a good idea. I like that. Thanks! :)

Today I am feeling super anxious- I am carrying amethyst and blue lace agate in one pocket to sooth my nerves and the black onyx in the other.

So sorry you're feeling anxious, I hope you feel better now. I like blue lace agate for comfort and soothing too. Recently I acquired a piece of pink calcite, I haven't sat with it yet but it's known for being helpful for calming and alleviating anxiety, I'm looking forward to working with it.

Hi again (and thanks for the replies on my intro thread)!

I'm still anxious! I'm horrified this has happened and continue to be in a state of disbelief...the shock hasn't worn off. This can't be...

I know. It's unreal, isn't it? I keep thinking/hoping I'll wake up and it will all be okay.

I've been sitting with rose quartz and citrine lately. Citrine is good for manifestation, and rose quartz is, in my opinion, good for pretty much anything but at the moment I'm finding it helpful for peace and kind feelings.

Its unnerving for sure. I have friends that are currently protesting. Thankfully, everything so far has been peaceful and safe.
