I haven't roleplayed in ages, so I have no idea what my "powers" were on my character spec sheet.

On the other hand, I'm a witch in real life...so that keeps me occupied enough that I don't have time for a lot of the fictional stuff about "powers" these days.

That's.. nice.

Personally I'm a lvl 42 Elementalist, with the ability to control lightning, shoot lasers from my fingertips and levitate. Wheee.

Tell me, Wiccanpyropunk618, what.. Exactly.. Was the point in starting a thread, telling people you have amazing.. Astounding.. Fictional.. powers? Other than to hope somebody posts "OMG, that's AMAZING! You're the BEST!!"....?

Please, consider this in the future before starting threads simply to brag about claimed abilities. I highly doubt it'll impress anybody.. Quite the contrary, I rather imagine it'll only serve to frustrate and give you a bad reputation .

Apologies if this post is sarky, harsh or otherwise... I'm hungry, and I've just woken up. Posts about role-playing 'omgamazingpowers, lol!' are the last thing I need.

No-one controls the elements. Full stop. They are not subservient to you or me, in fact we are subservient to them. I would like to hear your reasons behind why you think you have control over them - humour me - I'm sincerely interested.
Telepathy - hmmm, so you can read peoples minds?
I don't think this should be classed as a power but more as an attunement and awareness of the people around you and how they are feeling, it would definately come under your thesis of being an empath - the two can go hand in hand.
As an empath myself - I sympathise with you. I have to spend a lot of my energy in sheilding myself and I hope you know how to do this - if not let me know and I'll post some exercises which are very good to get in the habit of doing.

Controlling hot and cold isn't difficult, and I wouldn't call it a power either. Simply an effective way of using visualisation.
