I'm of the belief that someone who once worked for me also wiccan/pagan has done something. She's trying to get money out of me by taking me to court over and over again. I cannot tell you how annoying it is. I did a binding spell essentially making her do no more harm a couple of weeks ago and obviously didn't seem to work as I'm being served yet again by her attorney.

Help please! I''m not trying to harm her but simply preventing her from causing additional harm to me and not sure what I'm doing wrong or right.

I'm not the expert on Wicca at this point, but I can say something spiritual anyway. When you take responsibility for it (and find the real meaning of yours in it) you will be more empowered in and of yourself to resolve it and happily. Perfect responsibility is detached and at peace with self. Goodluck.

Go with the mundane. Counter sue in "small claims" court for your expenses in defending yourself from frivolous lawsuits. You don't need to employ a lawyer. Go to your local legal project and see about suing for harassment or getting a "cease and desist" order. Can also be done for free, except for your time {which could give a billable cost for small claims}.
It is possible that your only responsibility is your existence. Some people are just an @$$. It should always be our intention to pursue the perfect, a sublime understanding. I've been in the Arts for a good amount of time, I've never heard of anyone {that I believed} attaining perfection. That is why we pursue it. One can be at peace without attaining perfection. It is the consistent endeavor to attain it that brings peace.

Perfection turns into a mystery as soon as it knows its lesson... like innocence turning into stardom in one moment.

I would say since you have already be served,...again? that you work on some magic for the judge to be favorable towards you. Or that he/she doesn't "see" the validity of the suers claim, unless there is some validity to her lawsuit which might make it harder for you to "appear" innocent.
You might burn a grey candle with the idea that the lawsuit is lost in a gray fog so the judge can't see this as a clear case.

Thank you my friends. This is now 3rd time. She was denied 2x now and Her very interesting attorney is trying to serve me yet again. I was in a pretty severe car accident in January and suffered a Brain Injury... all of this court business is extremely stressful but I'm trying. There's no validity to her allegations other then she wants X amount of money because she left my firm because she felt uncomfortable with various projects at hand, basically she was having a bad pregnancy and could not perform her duties as an independent contractor. This is an at will position and no benefits, nothing.

She refused to sign an agreement indicating that she ever worked for my firm. All of this is documented. I'm summarizing due to the nature of the business. So if I don't have that piece of paper, she essentially was never employed by me. She sits at home now that she's popped a few babies out. (nothing wrong with babies, but from what i hear, they are expensive. You have to water and feed them or something). Thanks to all that responded. Yeah, this time I'm not sure what the allegations are. I'll have to get served. I'm wondering how on earth she can afford this attorney.

My attorney yells at me that I'm pissing people off and just pay them. But I work extremely hard for my money and I've had so many medical costs this year - not having insurance. What am I the World Bank? When I said Binding, I meant Bottle spell. I will take the suggestions to work on attorney and judge( once I find out who he/she is) Attorney is the same. Some people are just too much.

As others have mentioned, look for something to get the favor of the judge, such as a honey jar spell. If there's been no response to a binding, maybe so a little more serious and look into hot foot power and the like to drive her out of your life for good.

I would like to suggest a justice spell to go with your counter claims.

I don't know what happened in earlier courts, but it doesn't matter. This lawyer put 2 + 2 together and is going after OP for an illegal contract.

Based on the information OP posted here, it's an illegal contract. OP's attorney documents this fact by telling him to shut-up and pay, and it doesn't take Perry Mason to figure out that it's an illegal contract.

Obviously people don't have a clue, the reason why OP is here: It's an illegal contract because she doesn't meet the definition of an independent contractor, specifically WHAT IS NOT an independent contractor. Plenty of information on the subject. I choose IRS documentation because it's a big shark.

In a nutshell:
`He treated her as an employee (like she was his slave).
`But he paid her as an independent contractor (like she was her own boss, free to call her own shots). That's an illegal contract.

As an independent contractor, she paid employer taxes because OP classified her as “self-employed.” (She paid 15.3% more taxes than what an employee pays. In other words, she paid employer taxes that OP was supposed to pay!) Crooked employers do this as a way to con employees into paying the employers' taxes. The people who get conned by these crooked employers don't know that it's illegal for employers to do this. This employer con game has been going on, long before some of you were born. There are lots of con-artist employers, enough so that the irs has a form you can fill out, and they will determine if you're an employee. Spend some time researching it, a bigger scam than you realize!

She wasn't OP's employee, she was his 'business expense.' Of course, she would not sign a paper because she was his 'business expense,' not an employee. OP trying to make her sign the paper locks in the illegal-contract status, of course by his own testimony to the fact.

She needs to collect 15.3% of her total gross earnings, just to offset her “self employment” taxes. Honest mistake is one thing. This wasn't an honest mistake, he intentionally screwed her, so she's entitled to damages.

Mr Crowly.... well don't you know it all? I pay my taxes and a fair share of it. And I even paid for her startup fees etc. Which was in thousands of dollars. You want to cast a justice spell alongside of me? Is that so? It won't work. I treated her like my right hand and not a slave. Interesting word choices. If the court has thrown her case out (based on fact 2x) why are we here. You my dear have a very interesting attitude about this without knowing all the fact. The clients she was given by me none the less, wrote terrible reviews.

One in particular was a good friend of mine that I gave to her so she could make some money. He told me he had to do all of the work for her. Our friendship is fractured at this point. And yet you are alleging that she was my slave?? Please explain. Perhaps I missed something here. And back you post, He is a She, referring to me. I'm a woman.

Your message is filled with negativity. Just putting it out there. I've got the situation under control. But to say you are casting something alongside of me without knowing who I am and what exactly happened speaks volumes of you.

And how do you know what my independent contractor agreement is. I'm in a field where every person who joins is an Independent contractor. The state wouldn't have it otherwise. This is not and never will be a W2 job.
