Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a weight loss spell/willpower preferably a simple one as am new to this, Am trying to loss weight but am really struggling to do so as food is my comfort am constantly going on diets losing weight then putting it back on after a bad day I just don't seem to have the willpower to stick to it.

Losing weight from your form takes will and patience. Do what you do outright, don't what you don't, at all. If there were a spell for it, it would be to ritualise the matter. Flipping a coin to see whether the proof is in your hands already or not is fine.

Proof? Yes, once you are the will/patience needed, and not a "bugger" <-- these people gain weight | these people lose weight --> you will be guided. Have fun!!!
