Everything Under the Moon

I was wondering if any of you who are teens have read the book, "Elements of Magick: Natural Magick for teens" by Ellen Dugan?

If you have, is it a good and reliable book? Why or Why not? ha i sound like i'm a teacher or something. but yes i am just wondering.
