whats your favorite spell and why?

Oh geez! This is kinda hard to answer. I'm just glad that I had the opportunity to learn about crafting and to learn how to do it. I love healing spells, blocking spells, my nightmare spell, psychic spells.....I guess I'd say healing the most because I use them more. Oh yea and protection spells..... sheesh.... forget it. I wanna know from everyone elso too 'cuz I can't make up my mind!

i have never used a "planned" spell. i might of healed a tiny bit once, depending on what you classify on 'healing'

my favourite is a good ol' binding, well as much a favourite.

but all in all my favourite magics arent from doing spells but the things that occur naturally, like the subtle change in the winds and that kind of thing

I agree 100%.
I'd have to say the warning spell is my favorite. I don't want to cause anyone harm using a spell so I settle with that.

Put the Anger on Ice Spell


Write the angry persons name on a slip of paper. Drop the paper into a small unbreakable container filled with water. Sea the container shut and keep it in your freezer.

Favourite spell: Dorothy Morrison's "Spell to Ease Traffic Jams" from her book 'Everyday Magic: Spells and Rituals for Modern Living'

Reason: Because I live in Dublin, Ireland's capital city. Which is a thriving, busy modern metropolis. Unfortunately, it's also a thousand years old, so it's road system is not so much based on how to get traffic flowing through the city quickly and easily as it is based on how to get a herd of cattle to the river. Not to mention the Irish government is not exactly famous for getting things done on time. So, since I rely on public transport to get to work... well let's just say I've recited this spell so many times I know it by heart!

I have a spell I use for car trouble. I use it for myself (old car) and cars I see off to the side of the road. I figure since it's a 'good' spell, even if it's for someone elses car, it can't hurt. It's been quite helpful on a number of occasions.

I don't really have a favorite spell, I don't use them too often. I prefer to simply work with energy and the such. I have done cleansing spells and I love those, it gets the energy in the house flowing so much more nicely.
