Does anyone else feel that if they don't meditate daily that they're really moody. (like they'll go up and feel great and then crash not even 5 minutes later.)

I have a pretty weird way of keeping up on my meditations so I don't find that. I don't meditate formally every day (probably once or twice a week, I'm bad) but several times a day I just go into myself, ground and feel what's going on around and inside me. More like checking in than anything I guess, but it really helps.

I try to at least every morning and night. But I woke up really late this morning and I feel like I'm on a roller coaster right now. I don't have my pentcle w/ me either.

I meditate almost daily. The days I don't meditate in the morning before school I always feel compleatly drained all day. It's like my personal energizer (better and more healthy then coffee) . I feel so much better, and centered when I've meditated. So, when you see me in the morning and I look half dead in the cafe, you know I didn't get my meditation in the morning. Sometimes that does make me very moody.

I meditate when I first wake up, that way I don't forget

. I'm rarely in a rush, but if I am I can always find time. Even if I'm sitting on a bus going somewhere, or waiting around for someone, I just switch off my mind and take the time to zone out and meditate.. Not with my eyes closed, just to clear that up

. I find myself able to meditate just as be it with eyes open or closed haha. Dunno what I'd do if I didn't meditate.. It's kinda second-nature to me, so I never forget.. If that makes sense!

one of my funny effects of good meditation is my mood, i become un-naturally cheery and energetic and when i get that way i clean. and then after a while i begin to come down and get extremely irritable and touchy...makes me laugh

I used to meditate on a regular basis, then I moved to Indiana and for some reason it's harder for me to meditate here. I think that says more about the energetic condition of my temple room than anything else.
I find that if I don't meditate for a while... weird stuff starts happening in my life, and meditating makes it go away... or I find out what's up from my guides.

If I go too long without meditating (say more than a week) I become irritable. It seems that I become more closed to others, less insightful, more self-absorbed and more likely to unwittingly hurt other people's feelings. Regular meditation smooths my everyday life so much, never mind magickal activities, that I really only forgo it if I'm sick or so busy I literally don't even have time to sleep.
