how do you get special access

i would like to know how to get access to this site so i can talk and ask questions to same off the thinks i have read in here as this site would have to be the best site for the unknow and know i have not been over to find people that are into the things that im in and to have a site that is welling to help people and its not costing any money as i have said before you can,t get any help or even ask a question unless it cost heaps .(you know real people) thanks tammie
