Excuse my atrocious spelling :but :" kung hei fa choi! " or "Tung hei fa choi"I only know how to say it, so have no idea how to write it correctly.I hope it's not too bad and I'll go find a written translation,to correct it in a mo.It starts on the 7th this year?

Is it this year that's the fire-pig? Or next year? Hopefully it will come soon, so my first ex will finally have a good year for a change.

Year of the Rat, my friends...Year of the Rat.
I'm crossing my fingers in hopes of seeing a truly exquisite parade, dragons and all.
Other than that, I might just circle the house tonight banging pots and pans.
My neighbors are all westerners, so the concept of scaring away harmful spirits is lost on them.
