I'm in Delaware, and it's 11:30am. But I have been known to be somewhat of an insomniac and be on the bored at like 2:00am :D

Soon will be 9:00 PM here. I have all night yet (if needed). But, I will probably sleep after going into meditation first, do some energy work in my circle...

It is currently 21:55 here. This is surprisingly early for me to be on. :D

I just got over watching some old canceled tv comedy called "Kitchen Confidential". Hysterical. Too bad FOX murders good TV right and left.
Assasins!!

09:31 here, 24 hours awake so far.

sleep is a waste of time, i still don't get why we need to sleep i mean ou brain can process stuff while being awake, i understand the body needs rest but that can be solved by just lying down and reading a book or something. and reading a book isn't very intensive on the brain either so it could also process the day during reading the book. ah well, damn mysteries of sleep.

Recently read that less than 8 hours of sleep shortens your lifespan. Here I thought I was doing well with 6 hours of sleep. So I guess it's time to head to dreamland.....

yea but if you sleep shorter you live more of your life
by normal 8-9 hours sleep a day you sleep away 1/3 of your life, that's 1/3 of missed opportunities and chance's to learn more or expierence more.
