intresting spell...

i was wondering if anyone has ever tried this spell and if so, how did it go? i just found it online and am itching to try it out.
Down The Drain Spell

On a clean square of white toilet paper, write down everything that you want to let go of. Include all your negative patterns, unfinished business, basic fears, limitations, and anything you feel is preventing you from creating the life you want. Bring up all the memories and frustrations that these things have created for you. Allow the paper to soak up all these feelings as you write. Throw the paper into the toilet, and visualize the water beginning to break up the energies bound to it. Flush the toilet, saying:

Flowing water purge my pain,
Release my troubles down the drain.
Cleanse me now so that I am free,
Unblock my boundless creativity.

Close the lid as you leave the bathroom, and feel that you are free to create what you want.

You are right, that is a very interesting spell. Great way to send away your bad opinions that hold you from living the best life you can.

Yes, of course it works, I haven't tried it, but it is the classical form of sending away bad energys, I have tried other spells, similiar to this one. And it always was a relief.

I have never tried this one, but I sure will give it a try one day. It really sounds like a good simple, to the piont way to let go of everything unwanted. Thanks for sharing this one with us.

Interesting. I do something similar at Samhain, only I write them on bay leaves, burn them and dump them into a river. It's the same idea, but as my name implies, I like a more "natural" setting.

I have done something similar and have heard of spells like this. I think they're great because they're simple so you can do them wherever you are. And yes I think it would work. But you really have to believe that its leaving, all those thoughts are leaving down the drain.

I wrote the Goddess once about something I was really upset about. Just wrote it on paper and then burnt it outside. I felt so much cooler and calmer afterwards. I like simple spells....they seem to work best. They are raw and really get down to your own personal power.
