Getting Rid of Anger

What you need:
*Anger/Angst/Ect
*A Pen
*A Piece of Paper
*A Way of disposing of said piece of paper
When you want to get rid of a strong emotion that's clouding up your mind, then do the following:
First write out all your thoughts on that one piece of paper, just pour all of your anger onto the paper with the pen. Then, whatever you do, if it's directed at somebody else, DO NOT LET THEM SEE WHAT YOU WROTE!!!! (I made that mistake and left a really nasty rant directed at my mother in my diary, and when she read it (Very disrespectfull of her...
) and she still thinks I hate her. (Which I don't, even if I should after she read my diary. (It's none of her business what I write there!))
Anyways,
You must get rid of the paper with all your thoughts poured into it at least a week from which you wrote it. Don't just merely tear it up and throw it in the trash, flush it down the toilet, burn it, eat it, do something that ensures that nobody will ever see that piece of paper again.
