What's your energy?

My energy I don't really see, but when I do, it's a bright white or light blue.
But mostly I feel it (thanks to Release.the.bats) as a cool wind, or a gust. It runs down my spine into a pool of wind at my solar plexus or belly.
It's really important for me to breath, and feel that air collect into energy at my center.
So I think I just might be air oriented.

I'm an energy manipulator. If I focus (it's not exactly like concentrating, but it has a similar effect), I can see other's energy colours and change them. I can also extract energy from materials by touching them... but the best way is by extracting energy from the earth, for me that is.
Anyway, the colours represent your mood, and the energy is just with what you can express it (it's the source of life). You can look at it in this way: energy is like hot water and your mood like the tea leaves. If you let the tea leaves infuse in the water you get a colour (or aura).
You can also get already infused energy (with the mood of others) if you extract it from the wrong places and without protections (learned that the hard way).
I can't see the colour of my own energy, but the energy of others (and I can change their colour, I actually first thought that was hypnotising)...

You are in the early stages of awakening your Kundalini. When a chakra clears, going to the top, that's where you will feel the energy. Yes, the Solar Plexus is the 'stomach' chakra. The heart will be the next to clear. Then you'll feel up there.

As you move upward, a charka is clear. When you reach to the crown, you are complete. After that, you receive energy directly through the crown from the Cosmos.
