I just want to say that I have been lax about reading this part of the board, but I promise to try to read it more, especially since I am about to ask for some good energies from you all. :oops:

These are times that I wish I had a coven! :lol:

I don't want to get too in depth and personal - if that is ok with everyone. :) I just ask for some good energies and positive thoughts for my boyfriend and I at a difficult personal time for us.

I am feeling super optimistic already. Thank you for your good wishes and I promise to return them!

I know I've got a lot of work to do, and I know I can do it, but I've been really sad lately and it's been effecting my concentration. I would appreciate any well wishes or blessings towards helping me to regain and maintain my focus.

I know how the whole school thing goes - whew. This is my last semester of doing an MBA - ick! I also can relate to that sad feeling, especially the seasonal kind. In addition to my good vibes for you Chandolan, might I suggest something that may help?

I've recently started taking St. John's Wort,
http://www.webmd.com/depression/guide/st-johns-wort and I've noticed a positive mood difference with 1000mg/day, this is after about 1 week!

You can buy it almost anywhere they sell vitamins.
