I'd have to guess calming music of some sort.

A few clensing breaths and a feeling of a "pull" to your center usually does it for me.

Just sit/stand with perfect posture and breathe in and out pulling from your center... or think of how it feels to be centered. With each breath in think of balance and all things positive, while breathing out, think of breathing out all the negative energies that could possibly throw you off track or knock your balance off.

It takes me three or four breaths and I'm good.

Hope this works for you. :)

IT's funny How smells affect ppl, I'm like that also mine is Gardinia..., and listing to Enya's "Boadicea".
At lest once or twice a month maybe more if I feel I need it, I'll take a warm bath light candles of white Gardinia if mine are not blooming and play the song on repet for about 30 mins.
I'll sit in the water and just breathe in deeply and feel as I release all the negitavity out into the tub. when I'm feeling empty or kinda drained I do just that I'll empty out the water and rinse myself with clean cool water.

It is awesome afterwards I feel like I could take on the world........
KNOW it NOW and you have WON...

I love when I have time to do such things. The only problem is my short term memory sucks, I have trouble remembering the name of scents; unless it's something very distinctive.

You can associate something with your meditations when you do have time. Something like a word or phrase or tone. Once you condition whatever stimulus you choose with the meditation, you will be able to use just the stimulus to illicit the desire state quickly.

I think this is among the top 10 best suggestions you have made, it will just take me a few times of doing that to see if it works for me

It seems to me that you may be overthinking it - making it more difficult than it really is.

Sit down, close your eyes, find a space in your left big toe.

Now find a space in your left ankle.

Now find a space in your right knee.

Now find YOUR space.

That is your "center."

Clear?

What do you mean, "Spiritually?" You are you and what you do is what you do. When you name something, that makes it something not part of you. It becomes "other."

You are still overthinking. Life is very, very easy. We make it difficult when we try to use logic on magic. What is, is. It is NOT what we think it is. Never.

I missed what you said about "takes even more time." Sorry.

The parts about finding a space in your toe, etc. was to give you an idea of what a "space" was. The end result should have been for you to just find YOUR "space." Your "center." It doesn't take any time at all. It is instantaneous. You don't have to go through the whole rigamarole every time.
