once a while I have a future dream..

Postby TheDarkMoon » Mon Jun 21, 2010 3:15 am

Hello!

Well, as I seid, once a while I have the thing called future dream, or however others call it..
One thing that botheres me is that it's the only kind of dream I have from 6 years-old..

The other thing is it's meaning.. I allways get it too late, and I can't do anything for the situation to get to the good side..
For now, I have a dream that botheres me for a whole month and maybe more..
It goes like that:

I guess it was night, really dark.
A guy sitting with his back to me on a bench, and me standing behind him.
I remember he seid something, and the I kissed him.
The latest part, that I think about telling him it was my first kiss, is not a part of the dream.. I think I was allmost awake then, so I could put it to the generation I wanted.. (sorry, I forgot the right word to say..)

Later, at the start of the mont I met a guy on my msn, that I was in contact with during 5th grade.. and for a year and half I think, I wasn't contacting him... (I ended 8th grade yesterday).

However, I don't know if the dream reffers to him, because I found out he used a photo of Alex Evans ( a canadian guy model and clothes designer).. but I still can't find what was the dream telling me..

Can you help me about it?
Annabelle.

Maybe you could try some meditation, lucid dreaming or astral projection to get "into" the dream in a state where you can control it better, then you could carry on inside the dream and see what happens before you wake up.

dreams are reflections of waking life but it sounds like you were in a either a rem stage either 1 or 2. were you aware of what was going on around you when in your waking life?

rem is different stages of sleep. say youre in a stage 1rem thats like youre basically awake, you hear everything around you, youre just in a veryvery light sleep i was thinking it might be that but it may be lucid dreaming. thats where youre asleep but you can basically control your dream its like you can feel whats going on and you can control what happens. sometimes with people who are in touch with their inner selves on a certain level they get "deja vu" some people have the ability to sometimes see whats gonna happen, before it happens but it really all depens. crystal is right, meditation is probably the best thing to do. it helps me through almost everything. look up some yoga breathing excersizes do them for about 20 minutes then meditate, you have to clear mind, then see where that gets you. try it and let us know what happens!

Hi Kath ^^
thanks for explaning.
I usually sleep tightly late at night, but some time after I go sleep, and 2-3 or sometimes 4 hours before I wake I sleep very lightly, and I can wake up from every little sound.
However, the dream control thing happened just once, in the dream I toled you about...

Yeah, You're right.. I actually knew him for a while before my sad breaking up with msn.
Maybe I needed to know that I shouldn't trust him or something like that.. (nevermind the reason.. ^^)
Well.. thanks for the help ^^
No need for more answers.
