Remembering your dreams

Postby ScarlettRose » Tue Jun 29, 2010 8:55 pm

Is there anything I could put under my pillow, so in the morning I can remember my dreams? I have a journal and I write down all of my dreams. But, lately I can't remember my dreams. I love dreaming and getting messages through the night, so does anyone have any ideas on this?
Thanks.
Breathing in I feel gratitude; Breathing out I give thanks.
Breathing in I feel joyful; Breathing out I celebrate.
Breathing in I know compassion; Breathing I am compassion.
Breathing in I feel loved; Breathing out I offer love.
Breathing in I am still; Breathing out I am at peace.
Om.

Vitamin B6 supplements and/or vitamin B6 foods can help.
It's like walking down an empty street, listening to your own footsteps. But all you have to do is knock on any door and say, "If you'll let me in, I'll live the way you want me to live. And I'll think the way you want me to think." And all the blinds will go up, and all the doors will open, and you'll never feel lonely. Ever again.

Can you give some examples of food with a good amount of B6?

Here's a few lists I found:

http://www.helium.com/items/1758345-foo ... vitamin-b6

http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitaminb6.asp#h2

http://www.everynutrient.com/vitaminB6.html

I'd recommend the food. There are problems with taking too much of those B6 supplements.

Consistent answers I get from most resources:

Whole grains and whole grain products
Lean meats (eg calf liver, chicken breast, turkey breast, lean pork loin)
Tuna (especially yellowfin)
Bananas
Fortified breakfast cereals, fortified oatmeal
Walnuts, Hazel nuts, peanuts
Bell peppers (raw)
Cod fish, salmon, trout
Potatoes, baked with skin
Wheat germ

There are a lot of web pages up listing these food sources when I type "Vitamin B6 food sources" but those seem to be some of the consistent answers I get. Here's a government site listing specific amounts in each food:

a large peice of red Jasper(or Jade idk which) will help too though make sure you program it before you use it i got horrible nightmares fo r a whole week then i realised it was the jade. yikes! sage and a bit of intent will fix that though
Oh very good to know! Thanks for that. So just give the stone an intention of remembering good dreams or having good dreams and put sage under my pillow as well? Or do you think Jasper would work better?

& thank you, Peregrine for that info!

I've been keeping Jade under my pillow and I'm starting to remember my dreams more and more. Thanks! (:
