Do you wear your pentacle in public?

If you own one, whether it is on a ring or on a necklace, do you wear it in public? Or do you abstain due to potential harassment/ignorance? Feel free to let me know if this is already a topic, I didn't check. >_<

Of course I do! I am proud to be Pagan, in fact, no one sits next to me on the bus
I never really get harassment or ignorant people, the only ones that approach me are other Pagans.

I have a ;pentacle necklace but I only wear it in public when i wear it at all because it looks pretty, though a friends parrot picked out some of the stones that where in it x_x

I don't only because i'm not sure exactally what i believe in(i somewhat know but i haven't gotten all the kinks out yet) so i can't explain to them if i can't explain to myself. I will however be very proud to show all as soon as i can figure out what i believe in lol. -Willow!

i wear my with pride, a person thought it was a pegagram i showed the neckless and i said it's a pengatical not the other away around. then they start asking questions which i don't mind aswering. I feel protected by my neckness and confident too.

It depends on where I am going. I refuse to wear a religious symbol at work because belief has no place at work.
If I am just doing errands, then I will wear a piece or two. I am old enough to not have repercussions for being openly pagan.

I don't go around asking questions about others religion, so I find it disrespectful for complete strangers to come up and ask about mine. You are more patient than I am. I tell them to Google it, unless I see a possible relationship forming, like a neighbor.

I am quite happy for people to know about my religion although dont wear any Pagan jewellrey. But at work I sent winter solctice cards not Christmas cards so everyone is aware of my path.

For most people I am happy to spend time chatting about it, but as JBRaven said, if it was a complete stranger I would probably just tell them to Google it.

I don't necessarily where a pentacle but I have other jewellery which is pagan in nature - I don't go out of my way to tell people about my beliefs and practises, but if they ask I tell.
Here in England I've found instead of getting harassed for wearing it you meet people with similar beliefs cos they'll come and talk to you

I always wear my pentacle around my neck and not once have I had any negative comments. In fact, it's helped me meet other pagans.

for anything unless I put my bigger one on when I'm
feeling like an exibitionist...LOL !
I have a small triple moon necklase I wear once in awhile.
I went to Petco one day after something and one of the
cashiers asked if it was a wiccan symbol cause one of
her friends back east wears one. My next thing will
probably be a pentagram toe ring ???

I wear mine in phases- a week or a month on, then off for awhile. No one ever has any comments about it directly, but I get lingering looks a lot & my neighbor has brought up pagan topics, but only accidentally and only when I wear it.

They make them. I saw a cashier at a bank wearing one and she was quite pleasant when I asked her some questions.

I do own one but I wear a uniform at work so it's N/A (got it back when I wore it simply for coolness factor ha ha)
