Strange feelings when I cast circles...help?

Greetings all ^_^

So, I've been studying Wicca for about two years now, but because of family circumstances I don't get the chance to do spells that often. The thing is, whenever I cast a full circle, after I ground my power and clean up, or while I'm cleaning, I begin to feel very, very strange. I become anxious, I have a strange feeling like I'm being watched, I hear strange muffled noises even though I only cast my spells at night (also due to family circumstance) when everyone is asleep, and its strange, but its like I can almost see the energy in the room. Colors shift just out of the corners of my vision, but when I try to focus on it, it goes away. My skin tingles, but it doesn't feel like it does when I raise power, rather like something is pressing in on me or something like that...To be quite honest this scares me, even though I put up other spells for self protection before I cast a full circle.

Is this normal, or am I paranoid? Or maybe is it that I'm doing something wrong when I cast full circles?

I feel fine while I'm casting, very peaceful and I can openly talk to the gods and goddesses that I call on for things that I need help with, it's only after I clean up that these strange feelings occur.
If anyone knows anything about these strange feelings I keep getting, please let me know!

Hiya, you may get some other opinions but it sounds like you need a little more work on your grounding to me. What do you do to ground?

I begin by releasing the elements and closing my circle. I smudge sage when I do this as well. Then I sit on the floor and meditate until I feel that all of the energy I built up has gone back to where it came from. This usually takes me anywhere from 45 minutes to a little over an hour and I feel quite calm and relaxed after words. Its usually about 10-15 minutes after that that the other strange feelings come into play.
