Ok so here's what I usually have for this spell 2 candles (one for you, preferably red to symbolize one), lavender (or jasmine) incense, and a quiet place. There are several steps while chanting the spell, so I'll put those in (). Here it is:

I call upon thy Goddesses,
Athena and Artemis,
Two of thy virgin three.
Come and show yourselves to me.
These Goddesses so beautiful and strong,
Steer me from all that's wrong.
I ask of thee,
Come and show yourselves to me.
(strike the match and light the candles while saying)
I light this candle in honor of Athena,
Who is brave and smart and just.
I light this candle in honor of Artemis,
Who is kind and quick and truthful.
(after contact is made and I am done talking to them I say)
I thank thee Goddess Athena,
For showing herself to me.
I thank thee Goddess Artemis,
For showing herself to me.
Blessed Be.

And that's the end of the ritual.

She may not be your matron deity, but I think she may want to help you out, maybe even help you decide who will be good for you.
