Melindrose yes, they can remove him from my home, the thing is that after that I should sue him, and I would sue him with no hesitation BUT his case will probably reach courthouse in 2 years, until then he is FREE to return and maybe do some damage, see the problem is not to remove him, but make him stay out of the house, I really admire U.S. laws right now, if I had called the police and and I was a U.S. citizen they would have kicked his ass out of my house with no hesitation, but here! nooooo!

its not that easy in the US Greek. If a person receives mail at your home they are considered to have a right to be there in the US and also more so if they have a utility bill in their name their such as electricity or water. It can be hard to get someone out of a house in America also. There are ways of getting an "injunction" against someone so that despite they have the right to live there they do not have the right to be within say 500 ft of you or your children so this would force them to have to move. Also there are eviction processes that can be expensive as well. Its not all smiles and sunshine in America do not be fooled by TV

Use your inbuilt shield, from within yourself, deflect his negativity/hate etc with your shield of love and light, if you do this the guy will be like hes just drank a cup of vinegar ,
DO NOT RESPOND WITH ANGER HATE ETC, flood the guy with love and light, and watch him cower in a corner.
