A long time dream

Hello. I do not know anything about dream interpretation so hopefully someone can help me understand this one.
I have been having this dream for a long time so I know it was not spurned from my love of historical romance novels. The dream is usually the same and when I have this dream I don't remember dreaming anything before or after it.
In this dream, I am seeing through the eyes of the woman so I do not know what she looks like except she seems to be skinnier and more well endowed than I actually am, lol. She is wearing a green and white gown and a green cloak. Time of day is either dawn or dusk, I am not sure if the sun is rising or setting, just that it is kind of dark and misty. She is standing on the edge of a cliff overlooking the sea, the taste of salt heavy on the air, the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below, the wind blowing her skirts, cloak and hair around. The hills around her are very green, I get the feeling of Ireland or Scotland.
That is consistent. Sometimes I get a feeling of joy mingled with sorrow. Sometimes there can be hoofbeats heard behind her, riding towards her. I never see who it is. I get the feeling she was me. Can you tell me anything about this?

I'm guessing there isn't enough information in my description for anyone to help. How can I obtain more without paying someone to hypnotize me or something? Is it possible to "make"myself dream this dream again and get more insight?

I can only suggest it might be a previous life, because I don't see any signs that can be interpreted...at least none that I know of...

That would be my assumption. I just wish I could find out more about that life and why I dream about it. There has to be dome significance if it is reoccurring, right?

Its not necessairy to be significant, maybe your third eye is really open and you can dream your previous life, I don't say that its insignificant, but it might be just a dream of your previous life....
