Herbal tea for Mom!

My Mom suffers from Meniere's Disease http://www.menieresinfo.com/start.html, and it seems as if ginger and even OTC motion sickness pills have stopped working. Her major symptoms are dizziness and being light-headed almost all the time now. Does anyone know of an herbal tea that could possibly help with her being dizzy and light-headed? Thanks so much!

If anyone has found something that works, please reply. My mother also has Meniere's and her meds have stopped working as well. We are never sure when another attack will hit her.
