Oils, oils and more oils!
Re: Oils, oils and more oils!
All I know is that both almond oil and jojoba oil are bother VERY good for your skin. Jojoba is the closet oil that naturally matches our own. And almond oil has lots of good vitamins in it.

Re: Oils, oils and more oils!
I have been making my own oil blends too.
One blend that I have found to be beautiful is oakmoss, bergamont, sage, and lilac. It smells like walking in an ancient magical forrest.
I like to wear an oil called "whiteflower" its actually wintergreen, eucaliptice, peppermint, white birch, etc. Its soo refreshing and great for muscles too.
they say that it is native tradition for peppermint to be an energy/ power increaser so I wear it when I do reiki work.
For psychic awarness I combine peppermint, eucaliptice, and lilac.
Question.. I have many recipes that call for neroli, but when I look for it, it seems expensive compared to the others (just like juniper berry oil) anyone know of a place with good prices on those two?

To greenvixen- You can make oils with regular herbs by simmering them in the base oil (olive works just as well as the rest) until the scent of the herb is released. You'll smell it in the air.
If your mixing oils without herbs, you just add drop by drop, gently swirling them into the base oil until the scent builds.

Wow great list.
I wear a lot of BPAL and Conjure Oils but have always wanted to create my own blends. Ive done a few with dried herbs but would like to experiment more. This will be a great resource.
My favorite Conjure Oil fragrance is Follow Me Boy. And oh how it works. Ha.
PS does anyone have a good site to order the scented oils or herbs?
