Spell to break friendship ~ Help please

Hi again,
I moved this post here. There is a friend in my life whom I feel I have grown apart from and whom I feel that we are no longer good for each other energetically or emotionally. We are not in the same moral, ethical, spiritual or emotional place.
I wrote a very gentle spell to help us move in separate directions, but I want to know if this is morally right to do, as I feel this is far more gentle then confrontation, and I don't want to hurt them.

I am not binding them or anything, just sending energy out to help us drift apart in peace and mutual understanding.

Please let me know your thoughts.
Also, is it better to release something with the left or right hand? I have read somewhere that left handed is for dark magic, but being a lefty, I find that hard to believe:)

Hi there. Ok, so I see no ethical problems with your working. Basically the rule I follow is: if you would consider it ethical to do in other ways, then it's ethical to do magically.

I'm also a lefty, and just reverse hands with all my workings. It's more accurate to say you send energy with your dominant hand, and receive energy with your other hand. One hand isn't so much used for negative things as much as they work as opposite poles of a magnet, kind of.

Thank you random417. Honestly I just needed to hear it from a third party. I know this is the right thing to do for everyone.

Thank you too for the info on left vrs right. Makes total sense. When I heal or take on others pain it is always through the left and I always release right, so for magic this makes total sense.
