Persephone is one of my deities, hope I can help you. For physical offerings, I would give pomegranate seeds. Plants or fauna, fresh or withered depending on the season. I suggest trying to symbolize her current role. She's the Goddess of the Seasons, Life and Death when alongside her husband, Hades. Try to surround yourself with the elements of Earth when meditating. I see Persephone as the personification of the Seasons, not an actual spirit, but I hope these suggestions helped!

I'm still new to this practice, I haven't had the honor yet. However, I see the beauty of her presence everyday. I plan on working more closely with her and Hades in the future.

Hi everyone, as I have a similar question I hope it's okay if I bump this thread instead of starting a new one.

I recently did the Journey Into The underworld spread which I got from this site and my offering to Persephone will be to plant something for her. I have read all of the above suggestions and will definately consider them but in addition to that, can anyone suggest any plants that can be associated with Persephone and/or the underworld or unconscious?

These plants will either grow in my office (indoors, indirect sunlight for part of the day) or on my balcony (undercover direct afternoon sun).

Well, the plant that immediately comes to mind is parsley!

Parsley has traditionally been associated with Persephone because supposedly its roots run so deep they go all the way to the Underworld and back.
