I thought maybe Shiva or Krishna. I don't think Shiva was ever seen as a younger person though. But Krishna has been known to show up as a youth, and a very mischievous one who is quite the prankster. Although I don't think either of them have any markings like you mentioned. Although Shiva often as cobras which maybe the markings you saw were a reprenstation of the cobras?

I realize now that it was Shiva. The red eyed one I saw was a malicious spirit. I've seen, since this post many many representations of Shiva. I Jay never felt drawn to the Hindu religion. Now I'm reserching like crazy!
