Fortunately, I haven't experience sleep paralysis at all, I hope I won't get it anytime soon! Sounds terrifying to get one.

4. You can’t wake your body up.
In my experience with sleep paralysis, this statement is false. If you concentrate all your effort and intention into raising your hand, you will slowly come out of it.

Definitely takes some energy though.
