Hello. I'm new to this forum. My name is Abiegayle and I have always had a strong urge to learn about witchcraft. Obviously, I know it's not like the movies and what you see on TV. But, I'm still extremely interested. I feel like I had something to do with witchcraft and or the supernatural in my past life. Yes, I do believe in reincarnation. Growing up, my mom made our family go to a methodist church. I've never cared about going to that church or any others. What the church's taught was not interesting to me. I just bought four wicca books that should be coming in the mail soon. I want to know everything there is to know about the wicca religion. I have never felt so strongly about anything in my life. Anyways, I am 21 years of age (turning 22 in a few weeks). I am a junior / senior in college majoring in elementary education. I also work at a daycare which is held at a Baptist Church. I've been here since 2012, working with all age groups (from infants to 8 year olds) Right now I have my own After-school class and a room of my own. I love teaching young children and I also love the idea of being a witch. I know if my coworkers ever found out, I would be judged harshly, maybe even fired. But I can't help it. I feel how I feel and that's that. I've always felt like the odd one out and hopefully here I can meet people who know what I'm going through and feel the exact same things.

Ask any questions you may have. It's great that you picked up a few books, just know that everyone's practices are slightly different so don't feel like you have to agree with everything you read.

I hear you about feeling that desperate need to find out everything you can about the subject - I started with Wicca/Paganism, and I've headed off on wild tangents in my reading already... IT'S AWESOME!
