Questions on runes
Mainly I'm curious of the differences between the different kinds. Saw a post on witches runes and then seen others. Wanting to make my own, but would love to know more about them before I do.

Re: Questions on runes
Is there a specific set of runes that you'd like to know more about or set of two? There is a ton of information out there on the more popular alphabets, such as the Elder Futhark or the witch's runes. A quick google search turned up a staggering amount of hits.

Re: Questions on runes
Well, if we consider that one definition of 'Rune' is: "a mark or letter of mysterious or magic significance" (google definition), it's pretty safe to say you could make your own.
The difference between already existing Runic Alphabets is the culture and languages in which they developed out of.
Typically, 'runes' are from the ancient languages of Northern Europe

Re: Questions on runes
I made my own set of futhark runes (24 pebbles) and witches runes (13 pebbles), i picked these pebbles from my nans garden with the intention of making the futhark set which i did and then was led to the witches runes and wanted to make them too. When i counted my left over stones from my nans i had 13 left - the exact number needed to make the witches runes =D
So i have both sets made.

Re: Questions on runes
I much prefer working with the Witches Runes - they are easier.
