What scents does Selene like?

I've been thinking of introducing myself to Selene on the night of the full moon, and I want to prepare myself for it. Does Selene worshipers around here know exactly what she likes?

According to the Orphic tradition, Selene would be offered aromatic herbs - which would have been things like lavender, bay leaves, chamomile, mint, coriander, and thyme. They would have been burned as incense, but offering fresh seems to be okay, too. Frankincense was also a traditional offering to pretty much all the Greek deities, Selene included. Personally I also would offer white flowers, like white roses, lily of the valley, gardenias, moonflower, and jasmine, as well as sandalwood and myrrh.

Oh! Things like that will be easy. Maybe some mint-chocolates will do? Those are rather easy for me to get, considering I'm at a college campus. I just wonder how I can offer them to her without burning anything...

You could look for an area outside that's a bit tucked away, and leave the offerings there for her. Burying offerings or putting them into running water are also options, if it's something you can do. You can also leave on an altar for a while and dispose of them after a while.

Okay: Update.

I introduced myself to Selene tonight. It wen pretty well I would say. It was like... I could feel someone was there, listening to me talk. I praised her, read her a hymn, drew a picture for her. I left out some of those mint chocolates that I said I would along with some milk. She seemed pleased with it, at least I think so. It felt as if she was okay with me just talking about what was going on with my life and other loved ones around me. Overall she seems pleased, as I feel calm unlike ever before.

But how will I know that she's accepted me to start a sort of relationship? Is there anything I should look out for for someone like Selene?

If there was no obvious rejection in your last ritual, and it certainly seems there wasn't, then I would say it is fine to continue approaching her, and building a relationship with her.
