Merry meet! I have joined this forum just recently my name is Ali and I'm glad to be in a community with minds alike. ANYWHO I've been researching the goddess isis and I'm really interested in her and worshipping her, though who would she be paired with and what kind of oils, items does she like?
paired with as in deity consort?

The Roman Isis is paired with no one. The Egyptian Isis is paired with Osiris.

In Rome she is related to Aphrodite, whom used to be Ishtar, who is also related to Aset or the Egyptian Isis. It all kind of gets blurry there after awhile.
I am the Earth, The Sun and the Stars
And I am the also the Moon
I am all animal and birds,
And I am the outcast as well, and the thief
I am the low person of dreadful deeds,
And the great person of excellent deeds
I am Female. I am Male and I am Neuter.

In Egypt she often formed a triad with her brother/husband Osiris and their son Horus. However, in modern worship she could be paired with any number of deities (Egyptian or not, depending...), or simply worshiped alone, which might be a good place to begin if it is just her you are feeling drawn to at the moment.

Isis is a very interesting goddess who went through many changes over the many, many years which she was actively worshiped. She started off in Egypt as a goddess who served a particular function, and she took on traits of many other deities from Egypt and beyond, especially when you start getting into the Greco-Roman period of Egypt.

Because of that she can have very wide ranging likes, associations, and so on. Two of her long standing Egyptian symbols were the tyet knot and the start Sopdet/Sirius. The sistrum, a rattle type of instrument, also became associated with her in later times. Modern offerings can include jewelry, cold water, beer, red wine, good quality chocolate, roses, jasmine, pomegranates, bread, barley, dates, figs, cakes/cookies/pastries, honey, duck and other poultry, lotus flowers, frankincense, myrrh, kapet/kyphi incense, and really just tons of other stuff. Go with your gut on that for now, and see what she might respond better to for you. Things that wouldn't be offered would be blood, pork, fish, and in some teachings beef.
