This is to help increase your changes of employment for a particular job you've applied for. I've done this spell for myself and a friend. The results have been positive.
Take a green candle and carved the Fehu rune into it. Anoint the candle with Patchouli oil. Both (the rune and oil) of which are good for money, prosperity, wealth and work.
Write while putting focused energy, "Please help [insert name] get the job sought after " and burn it with the candle. Let the candle burn out.
