It is nice to meet another empath. You joined around the time I did. While not always precognative, I too have felt this sense of trouble around the corner. It is all quite overwhelming at times and as TwilightDancer mentioned shielding and grounding is a must. I struggle with it as well but soon enough we will be able to learn to control what and how we feel much more effectively.

LadyD. Almost all empaths from all over the world feel everything to the extreme right now. There is this Facebook page called Empath Zone where you can talk to other Empaths if you don't have a problem with your fb friends reading it too, as it is an open group.
