A blue candle.(not nessisary) pardon my spelling.
Soul of light,
Soul of dark
calm be me,
the angels hark.
The Gods and
Goddesses are
on my side,
Make me tranquil
my thoughts a ride.
Do this while cross legged on the floor. Ocean sounds may help.
A soothing Spell
A soothing Spell
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle.

That's very pretty. I will have to try it, probablly this weekend.
But fair is fair so I will share with you one of my favorites.
Incense (I prefer a nice earthy scent. But whatever you prefer in a calming ritual.) Do this outdoors if at all possible. If not, then at least near a plant or a container of water.
Of Godd and Goddess I call.
Make me one with the powers of peace.
I am the Oak tree, my roots sunk deep in the Earth.
As the wind flows over it, around it, through it's branches.
So I now let all that troubles flow. Over me, around me, through me.
I will bend and shift but not bow or break. I am the spirit of the Oak.
I am the stone within the river, A part of the mother Earth.
As the water flows over it, around it, beyond it.
So now, I let all my ails flow over me, around me, beyond me.
Though they flow over me, covering me, I shall not be moved.
I am the soul of the stone.
You may say either half as youwish but I mostly say both as it becomes a calming Mantra after a bit. It helps at work some times just to repeat it to myself.

The greatest advice I was ever given: It matters not what you believe. Only that you believe it wholeheartedly.
