An affirmation is a positive statement, with no negative wording. It is always spoken in the present tense, as already being so. Something like "I have all the abundance I require" could be said to increase or maintain income. Repeating a phrase a number of times every day - that's the daily part - programs the subconscious mind to change behavior and thinking processes. Then we don't get in our own way, or self-sabotage or unconsciously submarine our efforts to fulfill the statement.

Using a chain of statements can work thru personal self-image issues. I deserve well being - I am qualified to achieve success - I have all the abundance I require ...

I do this as part of my morning rituals, requesting the Goddess help me stay focused on my tasks and goals. I get very specific with these and they change from day to day depending on what I will be working on.

I confirm to myself and the powers that be in the multiverse that I will help my fellow beings and be a ray of Light in the Darkness for any that need it.
