lets discuss bad people/criminals

i have typed criminals in the search option & there are about 20 results & none of them has what i am looking for.

so basically, what can (i dont want to say we since i am so clueless & new) this kind of community do about them?

what if someone becomes a victim? what can a person do afterwards? what can a person do to prevent & or avoid becoming a target/victim?

i know this sounds ridiculous & dreamy, but is it possible to eliminate or at least bind an entire crime syndicate? eg. mob/mafia/gangs?

is there a way to stop bad people? is there a way for them to stop hurting innocent people?

as an individual or a wiccan or a druid? what do you do about them? what do you think you can do about them? & what do you think should be done to them?

i (or perhaps everyone) will be grateful for any form of suggestions, comments, violent reactions (flaming obviously not allowed), & insights that anyone may have.
