I think you might want to let theses folks find out on their own.
I mean all you really can do is voice your concern, once...then let it go. Beyond that it isn't in your control.
do let them know if they are ever ready to talk about it you are there for them, but don't push it.
Light a candle for yourself ...it's hard to be empathetic, others don't see what is clear to us.
