Well, for those of you who don't know I'm in a situation that is VERY bad. That I could discuss later.

Anyways, I know this sounds batty but I was thinking...ever since I was young I have had problems with family, friends, life, health, everything and I can't figure out why because I'm the most honest, giving, caring person in the world. I have done things I shouldn't have when I was younger. Ya know? I can't figure out why.

So, I know this sounds highly supersticious.

I was born out of wedlock, my father was heavy into Satanism/lots & lots of black magic where he hurt many people and my mom was a drug addict for most of my life. I don't have any contact with my father any longer and I don't talk a whole lot to my mother either.

But I am trying to figure out if maybe, by some crazy out of this world chance...I'm suffering for it?

I don't know what are your thoughts on this.

Oh and to answer a question that might come to you...no my dad no longer does black magick believe. And my mom has been drug free for awhile.

As I was looking at your post, started to feel something...this is unusual for me at this message board. In fact, this the first time here. When I decided to focus my attention in on this energy, was seeing some things through it. Not sure what I was seeing. It was like a dark cloud, then some kind of face, last thing a bat appeared, with teeth looking about the same as snake fangs. I suppose this could be the Vampire bat. Have no idea what it could represent, just seen that so, maybe you can explain.

Apparently there could be some magic from the past affecting you.

I'm not quite sure how you got this energy from a post, but it does sound scary. I think that it's actually kind of cool (not the vision but the fact you can do that,I wish I could)

I have personally NEVER done any spellwork except once and it was to help someone close to me who was going to make a bad decision of course I didn't manipulate this person but I did a spell to open her mind and think logically ya know? It worked! I was surprised actually it was written poorly and done on spur of the moment

Aside from that no spellwork for personal gain or to hurt anyone.

Maybe someone did some bad magic to you? From reading ishtaqua's post, I don't think they meant that you did the bad magic, but that you were around it. That can have an effect.

As for "is it possible", well...

I think what you are asking has to do with whether you can get bad spiritual karma (for lack of a better term) from the actions of your parents from spiritual vectors, and to my knowledge you generally pay for your own stuff. I mean, the physical, social, emotional results of your parents actions, as Geri said, DO effect you and who you are. But I tend to believe that on a spiritual level, it's *your* behavior that matters to your destiny.

But that's the big picture. Unfortunately, the effects of the actions of others effect us all the time on a small scale and that can make you feel like you are cursed.

You probably should do some kind of cleansing ritual for your aura. It is possible (and fairly likely) to be connected spiritually to people like your parents, and that can effect you. SO cleansing all your bad stuff and grounding and centering on a regular basis is something I'd recommend.

Anything from a smudge ceremony (search this board, there are great threads on it) to the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram would help. Just pick one. If it "doesn't feel right" by all means keep looking for something else. Take a look at these ideas, and if you want more alternatives, just post here again and I'm sure a lot of people here will give good suggestions.

Also look up shielding on the board. That helps you to keep from picking up the negativity of others.

Yes I agree, I need some cleansing I really do. I'm really turning all my faith to this all of my heart and soul.

lentamente_morrendo, that really surprised me also...since I've never had this happen while reading a post until now. I have no way of knowing the source either. All I can say is what happened. I didn't really mention quite all the details. People sometimes move into a house that needs cleasing. Different ways to come into contact with spiritual entities. If you don't know of anything, that would be good. I'll just go through it in detail. Maybe someone else at the message board has the problem, it could have showed up while reading your post. If nobody here on the board...who knows the source...anyways, I'll give it.

I focused in on the energy, I wasn't sure what was seeing. There was a room, in or just inside the doorway a male figure which moved to one side or the other, to block my view. This is why I wasn't sure of what was seeing. It was like a man, seemed more of a spiritual entity. I think a person or people were in the room. Then a bat appeared which may have been a Vampire Bat.

Since it doesn't seem to apply to you, wouldn't worry about. I would like to know where that energy came from though. I don't feel like it is toward me either, just seemed to pick it up. Strange, even to me...

I thought it may be my house as well. But it can't be,another thing that sounds a little bit maniac is that I always feel like something is watching me and I don't feel alone from the time I was a little girl to this day I've felt things I can't explain. Sometimes it would get sooo strong I'd have to leave the house completely and no matter where I lived it was the same thing.
